The Nusantara Flower and Fruit Festival is Himagron’s national mega project which is held every year with a different theme. Herlambang Taufik as the chief executive said, this year, FBBN 2023 will have the theme ‘Smoke the Wealth of Flowers and Fruits of the Archipelago’.

“This theme was raised to radiate the charm of the flowers and fruits of the archipelago which had dimmed during the COVID-19 pandemic and tried to revive at the 2022 FBBN. Of course, this event is expected to be able to revive the wealth of the archipelago’s flowers and fruits through a series of activities carried out in 2023,” he said.

Teguh explained, FBBN 2023 will be held from June to September and will be divided into two series of activities, namely the Pre-Event and Main Event (peak day). The peak day will be held on 22-24 September 2023 at the IPB Baranangsiang Campus, Bogor City.

“This activity comes with a series of interesting and entertaining competitions and is specifically designed to provide an unforgettable experience for every visitor. There will be an exhibition stand at a special location about unique and interesting fruits and flowers,” he said.

Furthermore, he said, several competitions would involve all levels of society from children, youth to the general public. At FBBN 2023, there will also be an archipelago fruit flower carnival which has faded due to the pandemic.

“So, prepare yourself for this extraordinary event and don’t miss the opportunity to be part of an unforgettable celebration. FBBN 2023 will bring you to a world filled with the diversity, beauty and magic of flowers and fruits in Indonesia,” said Teguh. (*/Rz) (IAAS/Res)
