In regard to mutual agreement on sending students to one another, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Seoul National University College of Veterinary Medicine (SNU-VET), South Korea at IPB Darmaga Campus, Bogor, on December 27th, 2018. The occasion was carried out by Dean of IPB Faculty of Veterinary Medicine—Prof. Srihadi Agung Priyono and SNU-VET representative—Prof. Hee-Jong Woo, where parties agreed to receive students per year. Prof. Srihadi explained that the student exchanges apply to academic programs offered at each college as full-time non-degree students. Any academic credit obtained at the host institution can be transferred to the home institution following the agreed procedures and regulations. The duration of exchange study period is up to two semesters or one academic year. The two campuses also projected to promote and develop academic cooperation such as academic and administrative staffs exchange, research collaboration, educational materials exchange, joint publications, lecturers visit and good practices model learning. SNU-VET possesses as one of the Asia’s and World’s leading veterinary universities and accredited by American prestigious board; hence this collaboration is seen as a progressive move for IPB veterinary studies quality betterment. Present at MoA signing were Deputy Dean of Resources, Cooperation, and Development of IPB Faculty of Veterinary Medicine—Dr. drh. Trioso Purnawarman, M.Sc, Vice Dean of Academic and Student Affairs—Prof. Dr. drh. Agus Setiyono, M.S., Director of IPB Animal Hospital—Prof. Dr. Deni Noviana, Director of International Program—Prof. Iskandar Z. Siregar and Department Head of Anatomy, Physiology, and Pharmacology—Dr. drh. Hera Maheswari, M.Sc.
