HAFI Expected Synergy with HA to Build IPB

Alumni of the Department of Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Science, Bogor Agricultural University (FMIPA IPB) held a Great Conference on the IPB Physics Alumni Association (HAFI Mission) 2018, Sunday (14/10) at the Baranangsiang IPB Campus. In his remarks the Deputy Dean of Resources, Cooperation and Development of FMIPA IPB, Dr. Ir. Hamim, M.Si delivered the support of FMIPA IPB to HAFI. Dr. Hamim said, it is very necessary for alumni of FMIPA IPB to increase togetherness, so that FMIPA alumni can demonstrate their active role in building higher education. "Alumni are one of the indicators of university performance. Therefore, it is expected that through the HAFI Mubes, an energetic new management will be produced which supports the expectations of the Department of Physics at FMIPA IPB and the challenges of the industrial revolution era 4.0," said Dr. Hamim.

Representative of the IPB Alumni Association (DPP HA) Management Board, Dr. Zulhamsyah Imran said that HAFI can be used as a place to meet and serve in the framework of building for the internal interests of the association and building the Department of Physics, FMIPA IPB. "HAFI revitalization is expected to increase togetherness to revive the function of the IPB Physics alumni organization. Regarding organization, it is hoped that there will be cooperation with the IPB HA DPP so that it can work together to build IPB," said Dr. Zulhamsyah.

The event which was attended by 110 participants presented speakers including: M.Aziz, M.Si (Practitioner in engineering), Rifky Maulana, S.Si (Practitioner in the field of digital marketing), Fabian Rinaldi, S.Si (Practitioner in software engineering and big data), Dr. Akhiruddin Maddu (Chair of the Department of Physics FMIPA IPB), Dr. Setyanto Tri Wahyudi (Lecturer of Physics of IPB, Chairperson of the Organization of HAFI), Resista Vikaliana, S.Si, MM (Physics Alumni of IPB and Management of HA IPB) (RYS)
