The slogan "Be The Best, Not Be-Asa (regular student)" at present shook the welcoming ceremony for new students of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) batch 52, organized by Badan Kerohanian Islam Mahasiswa (BKIM  – Muslim Students Board ) of IPB, carried out at the AGB 301 class room, on 23 August 2015. The "Islamic Basic Leadership Training (BILT)" event invited  Ir. M. Karebet Wijaya Kusuma, the successful alumni of IPB who is known to be national motivator. Therefore, he has attracted hundreds of participants to attend the BKIM meeting.  
 
Motivational training materials, caused the participants excited. In addition, Karebet also urged the participants to be ready, are focused, enthusiastic, and active during attending the meeting.  
 
In his presentation Karebet invited the audiences, who are freshmen, to have their higher competences.  Those students, who are from various disciplines, they should be ready to be  agent of change. They are in the frontline as change agents in society. They are the future leaders. Therefore, they should not only have academic achievements but they also should have special skills to solve social and community problems. "If we want to be successful in this world, we must change ourselves to be the best. Be the best, not be asa, "he said. 
 
Therefore, as Muslims, they are encouraged to do as much of good deeds and charitable acts. As good deed and an evil deed will be recorded as it is unless Allah forgives it. The most important if they want to be successful they have to determine their life. Design us with specific targets from now. After that, round and Strengthen determination.  
 
Then, the next step is: ACTION! He urged students to define and make their dreams come true based on their qualifications. Further, they should also work on being a good person to be the best student, to have Islamic personality who are steady and resilient, to be model for friends of family, master tsaqofah Islam, and master the science of life, including actively engaged to dakwah to arouse the people.
