The Lamemba team of assessors are Prof Jaka Sriyana, Public Economics Expert and Prof Idris, Environmental Economics Expert. Meanwhile, the assessors from Lamsama are Prof Antonius Nanang Tyasbudi Puspito and Prof Muhammad Kamal.

The assessor team was received directly by the leadership of IPB University in the Rector’s Conference Room, IPB Dramaga Campus, (6/5).

Prof Jaka Sriyana said, the field assessment was conducted to confirm the assessment of the assessor team conducted earlier. Prof Idris added, sometimes in universities, the facts in the field are much better than what is written in the assessment document, so this visitation is in order to confirm and clarify.

The same thing was conveyed by the Lamsama assessor team, Prof Antonius Nanang Tyasbudi Puspito and Prof Muhammad Kamal. Both said they would confirm and clarify the documents that had been written.

“In principle, we want to clarify what has been written, because usually the facts in the field will be much better than what is written. Hopefully the event will run smoothly,” said Prof Muhammad Kamal.

Vice Rector of IPB University for Education and Student Affairs, Prof Deni Noviana in his speech said that through this visitation, inputs from the assessors are highly expected as a basis for quality assurance improvement.

Thus, the educational process carried out at IPB University, especially related to the Doctoral Programme in Economics and the Applied Climatology Doctoral Programme can continue to be improved. “We will continue to make improvements for quality assurance of education at IPB University,” he said.
