IPB University Students and Fornassosmas Synergize Social Action

IPB University students together with the National Forum for Social Society (Fornassosmas) of the Indonesian Student Executive Board (BEM-SI) in Jakarta, West Java and Banten held a discussion to mobilize the synergy of social action.

This activity is part of the Region IV Work Conference with the theme ‘Synergizing together in fostering the development of Indonesian social society’. The activity was filled with the formation of the Fornassosmas Region IV management structure. The structure of this forum includes regional coordinators, media and branding coordinators and community social issues coordinators.

“This activity is a form of synergy collaboration between all BEM-SI in Jakarta, West Java and Banten. This synergy is needed to have a good impact on the environment, agriculture and the wider social community,” said the Student President (Presma) of IPB University, Imaduddin Abdurrahman.

Coordinator of Fornassosmas BEM-SI Region IV, Latif Hidayatul Ikhsan said that the Dandelion Charter is a guideline in carrying out services to develop a better society. “Flowers that can grow anywhere and provide color and impact with the beauty felt by the community,” he said.

This forum is also supported by BEM Student Family (KM) IPB University from the Coordinating Ministry of Community Service and the Ministry of Agriculture and Social Society.
