IPB University Collaborate with PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga to guarantee Lecturers and Academic Staffs Health
To give health assurance for the academic staffs, IPB University collaborate with PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga. Therefore, Directorate of Human Resource held a Commercial Health Insurance Socialization 2020 for employees (PNS) of IPB University at Dramaga Campus, Bogor (23/1). The socialization was attended by representatives from each of the departments in IPB University.
Director of Human Resource, Prof Dr Titik Sumarti said that health insurance is a responsibilty for Directorate of Human Resource because health insurance is part of human welfare. All of the insurance grantee must understand the services which provided.
“We have evaluated the insurance from PT Asuransi Takaful and have found more benefits because they already have outpatient service. There was nothing like that service before. To achieve employees’ welfare, IPB university take steps oriented on Ability, Fairness, and Equity (3K). Therefore, health insurance of IPB univeristy employees is a special insurance that guarantee members’ health expenses or accident treatments. Many benefits will be gained if we join the insurance collectively. Employees (PNS) could also download MyPersona by AdMedika to know their treament’s history”, she said.
Titik Adjarini as the Marketing Manager of PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga was present at this socialization. In her presentation, Titik explained about the benefits obtained by insurance members. "There are advantages given by Takaful Insurance to IPB University's employees this year, namely there are main benefits and additional benefits. The main benefits are hospitalization and surgery, while additional benefits are outpatient and dental care", Titik said. (IAAS/ISL)
