The Alumni Association of Faculty of Animal Science (Hanter) IPB University showed its concern for its alma mater. Through the ‘Tali Kasih Hanter’ event, Hanter IPB University distributed Eid gifts to active and retired education staff (tendik), as well as retired lecturers of the Faculty of Animal Science (Fapet).

Chairman of Hanter IPB University, Aif Arifin Sidhik, SPt MSc said that most of the products that became Eid gifts were produced by Fapet alumni. He is proud that the alumni of Fapet are not only successful in their careers, but have a high sense of care for their alma mater.

“So after graduating from IPB University, we are not only able to make products, but also able to share and care. Hopefully the efforts of alumni friends will be smoother and more advanced so that every year we can organize this event,” said Aif in his speech at the Jannes Humuntal Hutasoit Auditorium (JHH) Fapet, Dramaga Campus, Bogor, (1/4).

Secretary General of Hanter IPB University, Dr Iyep Komala revealed that the Tali Kasih Hanter event could be held inseparably from the solidarity factor of its alumni. It is because of this togetherness that encourages Hanter IPB University to share in the month of Ramadan to the active tenders and retired and retired lecturers of Fapet who are meritorious.

“Ladies and gentlemen are the people of merit. Without all of you, it is impossible for the alumni here to share. So those who work here are not only alumni and lecturers, but all of you,” said Dr Iyep.

Meanwhile, Dean of Fapet IPB University, Dr Idat Galih Permana thanked the alumni who had cared about their alma mater through the distribution of Eid gifts. He is proud of the Fapet alumni who are compact, solid and supportive of various activities in the faculty.

“This is an extraordinary form of attention from Hanter, the Fapet alumni. This is a form of concern from the alumni. Fapet alumni are very responsive when called upon to give attention and contribution,” he said.

Gifts for active and retired staff have been given directly in the Auditorium JHH Fapet on (1/4). Meanwhile, special gifts for retired lecturers will be given directly to their respective homes in Bogor, Cibubur, Jakarta and Bekasi as well as hospitality. (MHT/Rz) (IAAS/Ard)
