The Directorate of Human Resources (HR) of IPB University was awarded by the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) Bogor as the First Best working unit (satker) that submits a Pay Order (SPM) for salary quickly and accurately with the category of satker that manages employee salaries above 200 employees. The award was given directly by the Chief of KPPN Bogor, Astriyani.

Director of HR Directorate of IPB University, Dr Heti Mulyati expressed her gratitude and pride for the award given by KPPN Bogor. “The benchmarks in the award are speed, timeliness and process as well as the accuracy of data related to money to be transferred to employee salary accounts,” she said.

She continued, the assessment was sourced from the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) which oversees KPPN Bogor so that the award was drawn and determined based on the region.

“The number of employees at IPB University is one of the largest in KPPN Bogor with a total of 2063 active employees. KPPN sorted out based on the number of employees and finally we could enter their criteria with employees above 200 also with accuracy, speed and accuracy so that we could get the first rank,” said Dr Heti.

She said that they never expected any awards, but the most important thing was that they worked based on intuition and carried out their duties in accordance with the rules.

“We are committed because our services are the benchmark. We are also always ready for changes in regulations related to employee salaries by not thinking about awards because the work is our routine. We have a solid tagline which means we cannot work alone and must support each other, coordinate and maintain communication,” said Dr Heti.

According to Dr Heti, the award was a bonus, she did not expect to receive this award because she was used to the daily tasks that were her responsibility.

“With this award, we will make it a benchmark in carrying out our duties. Hopefully with this award we can be more solid, given health to carry out this mandate better,” she explained.

She revealed that the award was also a support from other units at IPB University. ” The salaries of employees who have become our responsibility must be able to be paid at any risk. If there is a competition like this again, I hope this achievement can also increase at the national level,” said Dr Heti. (Lp) (IAAS/RUM)
