SKHB IPB University Organizes Early Semester Preparation and Appreciation for Educational Staff
The School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (SKHB) at IPB University conducted an event for the early preparation of the semester and the appreciation of educational staff. Students conducted an Evaluation of Teaching and Learning Processes (EPBM) to assess the teaching activities. The evaluation results were directly presented to the lecturers of SKHB IPB University during the “Kick off: Socialization for the Even Semester 2023/2024 and Appreciation for the Odd Semester 2023/2024 Community” event on Friday, 19/1.
“The evaluation results from students indicate that the teaching and learning process conducted by lecturers has been very good, although there are some courses that need to update their teaching materials,” stated Prof Ni Wayan Kurniani Karja, Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs at SKHB IPB University.
Prof Ni Wayan conveyed that the suggestions from the EPBM evaluation would serve as a foundation for enhancing the quality of education in the next semester.
In addition to discussing education and student affairs, there was also a handover of equipment for lectures and practical activities through the SKHB IPB University Institutional and Facility Development Cost (BPIF) funding scheme.
“SKHB IPB University is one of the faculties with the best absorption of BPIF funds at IPB University. Let’s utilize the facilities and equipment we have acquired in 2023 to collectively improve the performance of lecturers, educational staff, and the faculty,” expressed Dr Andriyanto, Vice Dean for Resources, Cooperation, and Development at SKHB IPB University.
Dr. Andriyanto further stated that with the facilities and equipment in place, it is hoped that the academic and research processes at SKHB IPB University will improve. “May this socialization for the early semester preparation and appreciation enhance the performance of lecturers and educational staff at SKHB IPB University in the upcoming semester,” he said.

2. Best lecturer based on EPBM: Dr. Wahono Esthi Prasetyaningtyas
3. Lecturer with the highest number of national scientific publications: Dr. Koekoeh Santoso
4. Lecturer with the highest number of international scientific publications: Prof. Bambang Purwantara
5. Best educational laboratory practitioner: Wahyudin, A.Ma.
6. Best employee of the Dean’s Office: Siti Herni
7. Best employee of the Education and Student Affairs Subdivision: Siti Zakiah, A.Md.
8. Best employee in the Personnel Affairs Division: Intan Tiara Agustin, S.I.Kom.
9. Best employee of the Facilities and Infrastructure Subdivision: Angga Setiyawan
10. Best employee of RSHP: M. Husni Mubaroq, S.E.
11. Best employee of the Division/Sub-Division: Desi Karlina
