P2SDM IPB University develops 114 certification schemes for 2020

The head of Centre of Human Resource Development (P2SDM) IPB University, Dr Amirudin Saleh says that to follow-up on various inputs obtained from Lembaga Sertifikasi Person Internasional, P2SDM will develop Information Technology (IT) and 114 other certification schemes.

 

“To understand where to empower human resource competence to support 4.0 agriculture, P2SDM will carry out certification programs such as training and profession certificates suitable for current human resource needs. In 2020, we will develop 114 certification schemes,” he says in Workshop Pengembangan SDM Prospek Pertanian 4.0 in Asana Grand Pangrango Hotel, Bogor (17/12).

 

On the occasion, Dr Amir addresses IPB University rector’s message on IPB University’s key of success. All the while, the Project Leader (also P2SDM’s secretary), Warcito expresses this workshop is to show the big picture in SDM development in 4.0 industry era. The information acquired is hoped to add inspiration in creating P2SDM’s work program in 2020 to achieve development of superior human resource in 4.0 Technology Industry.

 

In this event, the speaker attending is the founder of Quantum HRM International, Prof Dr Ir Pribadiyono. In his presentation, Prof Pribadiyono delivers the essence of 4.0 Industrial Revolution is to integrate three main aspects. These aspects are physical, digital and biological in harmony. Various innovation in all fields will face the hurdles of three main ecosystems, big data, cloud computing, and internet of things.

 

Regarding human resources, Prof Pribadiyono says that the environment, experience and education will shape the nation’s competence in creating quality people for strategic and innovative decisions. “A lot of products these days are standardized, but the people have not.
