IPB University Business School (SB) collaborates with PT. Freeport Indonesia inaugurates the Master of Management and Business Study Program (S2) for employees of PT. Freeport Indonesia with a blended learning system, Friday (12/07), at PT. Freeport Indonesia, Tembagapura Papua. After passing a series of acceptance tests, as many as 36 employees of PT. Freeport Indonesia participates in the Master of Management and Business Study Program, the EK30 class special class at SB IPB University.

Inauguration of the opening of the special class of PT. Freeport Indonesia (EK30) was attended by the Rector of IPB, Dr. Arif Satria was accompanied by the Dean of the Business School of IPB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Noer Azam Achsani, MS, Deputy Dean of Resources, Cooperation and Development of Business Schools of IPB, Dr. Nimmi Zulbainarni, Chair of Agrianita IPB and Ahmad Didi Ardianto, Executive Vice President Director (EVP) Human Resources and Security PT. Freepot Indonesia.

Rector of IPB University, Dr. Arif Satria said, IPB University produced many innovations in various fields that could be utilized by the community. "IPB University is a college that contributes 40 percent of innovation in Indonesia. IPB University is ready to cooperate with PT. Freeport is not only in the field of education but in other fields for the advancement of the nation and state, "said Dr. Wise. The statement of the Rector of IPB University was also reinforced by the remarks of the Dean of SB IPB University. "In collaboration with PT. Freeport Indonesia aims more, not just the value of cooperation but more than that for the progress of the nation and state, "said Prof. Noer Azam Achsani.

Didi Ardianto, EVP Director of Human Resources said that the collaboration between PT. Freeport Indonesia with SB IPB University is not just for PT Freeport and Papua, but more than that for the progress of the Indonesian nation and state as well. "Papuans must be able to become leaders in their land someday. Not only labeled as Papuans, Papuan land leaders must be Papuans who have good competence and quality. Therefore, the need for educated Papuans to continue innovating to build the land of Papua. If PT. Freeport Indonesia has finished its cooperation with Indonesia, Papuan friends will remain empowered, "said Didi Ardianto.

On that occasion, there was an alumni of Doctor of Business Management, IPB University Business School, Carry E.F Mumbunan, shared his experiences during his education.
