An activity will never be complete without snacks or food stands, including the Agrisymphony of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) 2018. A row of food stands that are members of the IPB Food Festival (FJI) had been presented for three years of Agrisymphony 2018 implementation. Agrisymphony 2018 was a collaboration event among the largest Student Organizations (Ormawa) in IPB. Located in the Gladiator Field of IPB Dramaga Campus, Bogor (15-16/9), this IPB Food Forum was ready to spoil the tongue and stomach of the visitors.

There were 32 outlets with three categories, namely beverage, main course and street food, which were sold at various price ranges. Prices were adjusted to visitors' pockets, most of which were between IDR 10,000 – 25,000. These outlets had passed the quality test from the Agrisymphony committee.

"There are several requirements that must be fulfilled by prospective tenants to join this FJI. The tenants must follow the registration path by filling out the online form, sending a menu list with prices, giving food samples to be tested, and willing to be interviewed," explained Dian Putri as the person in charge of Agrisymphony FJI 2018.

He also added several other requirements such as good raw materials of the snacks, safe packaging, affordable prices and the willingness of tenants to sell until evening. These became other considerations for the committee.

Besides the location which was centrally managed this year, another uniqueness in FJI 2018 was that each tenant had the excellence of each product. The committee ensured that none of the tenants sold the same product. This was to prevent social jealousy among fellow sellers.

This year the Agrisimphony FJI also cooperated with Yap! It was an online payment from one of the sponsors who gave discounts to buyers.

The most interesting thing for visitors was of course the mascot of FJI 2018, which was a bowl of giant rooster that was displayed properly at the entrance to the gladiator. Visitors scrambled to be able to take pictures in this unique and eccentric bowl.

"As a committee, I hope this year's FJI is more crowded, satisfying and better than in previous years. It satisfies both the sellers, the customers who come, and of course the committee as the organizer. In essence, hopefully everyone can be happy with this FJI 2018," concluded Dian.

In addition to the unique and delicious foods offered, this year's FJI was enlivened by businesses owned by IPB students such as Laperz and Happy Tasty stands. This was certainly very good in advancing the entrepreneurial climate among IPB students.

Vice President of IPB Students, Surya Bagus Mahardika, expressed his appreciation and happiness in this year's FJI. "This Agrisymphony FJI is very lively. The foods offered are also very diverse, starting from heavy foods to snacks. Let's all enliven the FJI," he said happily. (FI/ZSP/Zul)
