The delegation of University of Putra Malaysia Visits IPB

A total of 34 students and lecturers of the University of Putera Malaysia (UPM) visited the Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Wednesday (13/4). They was received by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM) IPB, Prof. Dr. Yusman Syaukat in the Meeting Room of Rector, Campus Dramaga of IPB.

 

Prof. Yusman said IPB cooperation with UPM has long been in operation. As for research, he said, there are currently approximately four IPB students who will carry out research in UPM.

 

Head of Sub Directorate of International Programs, Directorate of Cooperation and International Program (KSPI) IPB, Dr. Eko Hari Purnomo said many Malaysian students have also been studying in IPB. According to him, IPB is basically very open for cooperation with universities from different countries. "Currently, UPM students taking studies in IPB are not only in FEM, but also in the Faculty of Agricultural Technology," he said. (Mtd)
