IPB Accepted the Visit of SMA Mutiara Islami Plus

In order to introduce the higher education to the students, SMA Mutiara Islami Plus, Cikarang, Bekasi conducted a visit to Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). The visit was followed by the students of class XI and was accompanied by several tutors. The visit to IPB was one agenda of “Kunjungan Profesi ke PTN / Professional Visit to University” held by SMA Mutiara Islami Plus. 

 

Head of Promotion, Law Bureau, Promotion and Public Relations of IPB, Dr.drh. M. Fahrudin, welcomed the group in Auditorium of Andi Hakim Nasoetion, Campus of IPB Dramaga Bogor. The event was began with the playback of the video profile of IPB and followed by a speech from a representative of SMA Mutiara Islami Plus, Lilis M.Pd.

 

“Thanks to IPB which has welcomed us warmly. We kindly let IPB to be able to provide an overview about the university to our students and hopefully in the future there are our students who go into IPB,” she explained.

 

Hereinafter, Dr. Fahrudin provided an overview about the courses in IPB, the entrance to IPB, the scholarship in IPB, and the activities of students of IPB. The event was followed by a question and answer session, then ended with the surrender of mementos and photos together. To further add insight, furthermore the students were invited to tour and observe the life of the campus of IPB and see the existing facilities at IPB while continuing to drive home.(rf)
