IPB is Ranked the 150th the World’s Top Universities for Agriculture & Forestry

 

Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), as the largest agricultural university in Indonesia continues to develop its achievements. In accordance with its motto, "Searching and Serving the Best", IPB continues to provide the best for the development of agricultural sciences, marine and tropical biosciences. With reference to Quacquarelli Symon  ds (Qs) World University Rankings by June 2015, IPB was ranked to be the world’s top 150 universities. It was based on the subjects on  Agricultural and Forestry being offered by IPB.

 

Six performance indicators are used: academic reputation, employer reputation, faculty/student ratio, research citations per paper, proportion of international faculty and proportion of international students. The achievement is the manifestation of the hard work of IPB as its commitment to improve the quality of research, innovation, and efforts to achieve its international accreditation, as well as its international publications. The ranking system  developed by Quacquarelli Symon  ds (Qs) World University Rankings By Subject was utilized by IPB as its instrument to compete to be the best.
