The qualification was determined on KKNI in reflecting the learning outcomes which were obtained by someone through the lanes of education; training; work experience, and autonomous learning. The presence of this rule could be elucidated as the attempt to realize the quality and the independence of Indonesian nation related to the educational system and the national training owned by Indonesia.
Besides that in relation to the giving a guarantee of quality, Dr. Illah conveyed the importance of accreditation status in every study program existing in State University and Private University, without exception of IPB.
