SMAN 1 Cikarang Pusat Visited IPB

Of 300 students of Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 1 Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi visited Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). The group was accepted in the Auditorium Andi Hakim Nasoetion, Campus of IPB Dramaga, Tuesday (4/2). “We want to know more about the campus of IPB,” said Head of the Group, Epul Saepul,S.Pd.

 

In this visit one of the students of SMAN 1 Cikarang Pusat, Rizki Permana in the discussion session asked about the opportunity to enter to the Faculty of Economics and Management of IPB from the Social Sciences major (IPS). Not only that Rizki Permana also asked about the related basis which should be learned to become the entrepreneur.

 

The question was asked by Noval, the student of SMAN 1 Cikarang Pusat who wanted to know more about the prospect of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry of IPB. Meanwhile, Rizki Bahari conveyed the strategy to become the successful entrepeneur if not confident.

 

Answering the question of Rizki, Head of Public Relations, Office of Law, Promotion and Public Relations of IPB, Siti Nuryati, STP, MSi conveyed, the students of IPS could enter the Faculty of Economics and Management of IPB through the written exam track.

 

Answering the question of Noval, Nuryati, M.Si said in Indonesia most of the livestock entrepreneurs were from IPB Alumni. “Bachelor of Animal Husbandry will be successful if there is a will, make farming and create the technology in the field of animal husbandry like making candy for cows, making wafers for sheeps and so on.”

 

For Rizki Bahari, this IPB Alumni asserted that one of the way that we could be confident and success was one of them by learning to organize, learning to make decisions and being not afraid to fail. “Failure is the best teacher and experience which encourages us to be confidence and ultimately be successful,” she concluded.
