14 Anniversary, P2SDM Wishes to Improve the Quality of Indonesia’s Human Resources

Dr. Ir. Amiruddin Saleh as the Head of the Center for Human Resources Development (P2SDM) of the Insitution for Research and Community Development (LPPM) IPB University conveyed that P2SDM will continue to develop, train and improve the quality of Indonesia’s human resources. Moreover, the international competence certification will furthermore be endeavored. This was conveyed during the 14th Anniversary of P2SDM at Baranangsiang Campus, Bogor (21/6).

“Further on, P2SDM hopes to be professionally capable in facing the challenges of the era. Therefore, to all the audience who are present, partners, and researchers of P2SDM and to all other parties, including our seniors to give ideas, suggestions, and comments for the sake of IPB University’s P2SDM,” he added.

Meanwhile, IPB University’s Professor, Prof. Dr. Aida Vitalya emphasized the importance of P2SDM to initiate a personal character coaching event. According to her, P2SDM must be capable of adapting itself towards this era’s development and for the future era’s to come.

“Personal character is the foundation that is needed to obtain the attention of P2SDM, this also applies to the ability of keeping a relationship with other various parties. Furthermore, another important factor is trust, that is why it is the most important social capital in the world of enterpreneurship,” Prof. Aida explained.

Moreover, the previous Head of Central P2SDM, Dr. Ir. Illah Sailah was astonished at the current development of P2SDM. According to him, P2SDM has developed very much due to their capability in spreading their wings which caused many partnerships with various parties.

During the same event the Secretary of P2SDM IPB, Warcito, SP, MM also felt very grateful to be able to meet with the seniors of P2SDM. According to him with the presence of the seniors, it made it possible to obtain various comments and suggestions for the developement of P2SDM.

“P2SDM wishes to view this era from a different perspective. Hopefully, it can produce many values which can be conveyed in a rightful manner especially values of ettiquette and moral. Hopefully P2SDM will be the center of professional human resources development with a foundation of the current ettiqutte and moral,” Warcito said. (AVR)
