Comments of Students of Bogor Agricultural University When Their University was Granted the Widya Padhi Award

Bogor Agricultural University  (IPB) was ranked the first for Anugerah Widya Padhi. This award was received by IPB in the 22nd National Technology Awakening Day (Harteknas) Commemoration. Anugerah Widya Padhi is an award given to universities as government appreciation for Science and Technology development and Innovations they achieved.

To now that their university was granted the award, some students of IPB expressed their comments on the accomplishments achieved by IPB. IPB Rector also gave appreciation for the best comments made by students.

"We are member of university and academic community of IPB are ready to maintain and implement the Anugerah Widya Padhi. We are proud to be a student of IPB and are committed to assist our beloved country, Indonesia, for its progress to be the developed country", said Yumna Afifa, one of the students of IPB. Yumna also hopes that the achievements made by IPB, especially in the field of technology, will be beneficial for the community and contribute to the development of Indonesian technology.

Similar to Yumna, Julius also presented his comments. Julius commented that IPB is the most innovative university, creating innovations to solve the existing problems in Indonesia, especially agricultural problems. Innovations made by  IPB have helped a lot in solving the existed problems. IPB should also be the spearhead in solving food problems, agricultural problems and all social problems encountered by Indonesia or the world.

"As the youth, we are the pillars of the nation for the foundation in the future education, and IPB is the right place to realize it all. Believe me, IPB is a great place to flourish, collaborate with all elements of life, and impact on all the people of the world "added Julius.

Not only Yumna and Julius, Mayangsari as the winner of the widyapadhi appreciation competition was also proud to be a student of IPB. "Being part of this special campus is one of my stepping stones to continue to innovate to develop the country. Development of the country can be started from the simple thing is to instill the character of the young generation of spirit to contribute to create innovation for the country "said Mayangsari, a student of IPB.
