IPB Collaborated with UINSA Surabaya

Rector of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) and Rector of State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel (UINSA) Surabaya signed “Naskah Kesepakatan dalam Bidang Peningkatan Kualitas Sumberdaya Manusia di Sektor Pertanian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat / Manuscript of Agreement in the field of Quality Improvement of Human Resources in Agriculture and Community Service”, Thursday (11/2). This activity was held in the Meeting Room of Rector, Rectorate Building Andi Hakim Nasution, Campus of IPB Darmaga Bogor.

 

Hereinafter, it was done the signing of a cooperation agreement by Head of Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of IPB, Dr. Prastowo, with Dean of Facultty of Da’wa and Communication of UINSA Surabaya, Dr.Rr. Suhartini, about the dedication to the community in the agricultural sector broadly. 

 

The Rector of IPB, Prof.Dr. Herry Suhardiyanto, said, IPB was very grateful to be able to collaborate with UINSA in developing and assisting the communities in the UINSA areas, particularly in the agricultural sector.

 

While, the Rector of UINSA Surabaya, Prof.Dr. H Abd A’la, conveyed, the agricultural development was inseparable from the development of rural areas that put the agriculture as a major drive of the economy. “In building the agricultural innovation for society, UINSA is much better to be able to join hands with IPB,” he said.

 

Attending this occasion, among others Secretary of the Institute of IPB, Dr. Ibnul Qayim; Deputy of LPPM of IPB on the field of Research, Prof.Dr.Drh. Agik Suprayogi;  deans, vice deans, heads of the centers, lecturers and researchers of IPB. (Awl)
