Behind the leaders’ busy schedules, Rusliawan faithfully carries out his duties with great dedication. As the personal driver for the Rector of IPB University, leaving earliest and returning latest has become part of his daily routine. Although his days are often filled with a non stop schedule, he is known as a humorous person who is skilled at lightening the mood. Behind all that busyness, he also harbors an artistic talent that few would expect. The flute and guitar are his ways of unwinding, playing simple melodies that bring a sense of calm amidst the long routine.
