Students from 145 Universities Attend Studium Generale of Pimnas 29

Students participating in the 29th National Student Science Week (Pimnas) from 145 universities in Indonesia attended the Studium Generale (General Lecture) on “Creativity Innovation and Entrepreneurship Towards an Advanced Indonesia", Monday (8/8) at Graha Widya Wisuda (Graduation Building), Darmaga Campus of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). It is one of the 29th Pimnas’ series  of activities, which invited the owner of CT Group, Dr. (HC) Chairul Tanjung or more popularly known as CT. He is proud that the Pimnas 29th participants has come taking part in this and happy to meet the champions who will make changes to the Indonesian nation.
 
"We believe that Indonesia will go forward if we are able to make a breakthrough in the forms of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship. Such breakthroughs made us leap towards a much better condition later on," said CT. Further he believes that participants the 29th Pimnas has got made the ideas that can be developed to make the Indonesian nation more advanced.
 
CT said that the world’s wealth was once controlled by the Asian countries, especially China and India. But the Industrial Revolution changed this with Europe and the United States became the world leader. Several world institutions have predicted that countries in Asia in 2050 will be back in control of the world economy. In addition, CT mentioned also some breakthroughs, now trending in Indonesian people, one is the game Pokemon Go.
 
CT hopes Indonesian students will make new breakthroughs to advance Indonesia with innovations that can transform into a better country. The innovation also can certainly improve the state welfare in the future. Not only that, CT also hopes Indonesia can generate graduates in the fields of science and technology because the number of such graduates is still very low in Indonesia. (Mtd)
