Entrepreneurship should be initiated from small / simple thing, favourite things / hobbies that  close to us,  then should be  observed, imitated and modified. That was the remarks  delivered by the first speaker who concurently also the Director for the Management of Informatic Facilities, Ir. Naba Notoseputro Aji, in Talkshow of alumni briefing, Challenges and Preparation towards  working world which was  organized by the Directorate of Career Development and Alumni Relations (DPKHA) IPB, at the Dramaga Campus, Bogor, 17 October 2011.
 
"You won’t get poor with the charity and you won’t get stupid people when you share your knowledge to others ‘he said. Further, Mr. Aji told  there are characteristics that should be owned by  an entrepreneur, including consistency, persistent, creative, innovative, sincere and always abide in God.
 
Meanwhile, the second speaker, the owner of the Fish Farm, Mr. Bryan Guntur, SE who also presented tips to be successful entrepreneurship. "The business I have established was without any capital, but I am able to develop it," he said. In his opinion, first, in  entrepreneurship we should identify 3 (three) M methods, namely Melihat, Mau dan Mampu (see, want, and ability). "Do it happily, take every chance as opportunity, do not say I’m just …, and we should be brave to face any risks," he said. (Wied).
