Independence Day Celebrations

The spirit of independence at IPB University was celebrated with great enthusiasm through various competitions held to commemorate the 81st Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia. These activities were participated in by students, faculty and staff, and international students with great enthusiasm and a sense of togetherness.

A variety of traditional competitions were held in an atmosphere full of joy and camaraderie, including a fort defense contest, a sack race, marbles, hammering nails into a bottle, and a tug of war. Faculty and staff and students displayed a competitive spirit while upholding sportsmanship.

This event served as an opportunity to strengthen bonds while introducing the spirit of Independence Day celebrations and traditional Indonesian games to students from various countries.
