Taking the 2026 UTBK-SNBT at IPB University? Don’t Forget to Bring These Documents!
The 2026 Computer-Based Written Exam–National Test Based Selection (UTBK-SNBT) is about to begin. For those of you who will be taking the exam at IPB University, make sure you’ve completed all your preparations.
Don’t arrive at the exam location only to be denied entry to the testing room because your documents are incomplete or you’re at the wrong exam site. To be safe, double check the following important documents before you leave:
- SNBT Participant Card
Log in to the SNPMB Portal and select the UTBK-SNBT registration menu to download your participant card.
- Identification Card
This can be a student ID, ID card, or passport.
- Original Certificate of Graduation (SKL)
Students who do not yet have an SKL or diploma must bring a letter of certification from their 12th grade school, which must include: identification details (name, grade, NISN, and NPSN); a recent color photo; the signature of the School Principal; and the school’s official stamp.
- A notarized copy of the diploma (for the 2024 and 2025 batch)
- An equivalency certificate for the diploma (for high school graduates from abroad)
Additionally, please remember to wear neat formal attire and shoes.
For participants who have selected an IPB University UTBK center, it is important to note the campus location, exam schedule, and exam room as indicated on the participant card. This is important because IPB’s exam locations are spread across several campuses that are quite far apart.
The UTBK at IPB University is held at two locations:
- IPB Dramaga Campus, Jalan Raya Dramaga, Dramaga Subdistrict, Bogor Regency
- IPB Vocational School Cilibende Campus, Jalan Kumbang No. 14, Babakan, Bogor Tengah District, Bogor City
