"This time the site visit was carried out at the Sindang Barang Experimental Garden, Bogor," he said.

In this site visit, it was revealed that in 1987, IPB University received a piece of land from the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemdikbudristek). The proof of IPB University's ownership of the land is the Certificate of Right to Use (SHP) Number 03 / Lodge on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia Cq. Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.

Meanwhile, according to the Assistant Director of Infrastructure Management and Asset Inventory, DUI IPB University, Sulistiyono, SE, MSi, the area of land parcels based on certificates is 109,060 square meters. "The use of the land as experimental gardens and rice fields is managed by the Faculty of Agriculture IPB University," he added.

In addition, he added, in certain areas that are still in the area of IPB University land plots, there are prayer rooms used by the surrounding community. "We also received information that at the peg point planted by the National Land Agency, there are community buildings (permanent and semi-permanent), stalls, and commercial fishing ponds. The building is still on a plot of land owned by IPB University. For this reason, it is necessary to revitalize the land boundaries," he said. (IS/Zul/Rz) (IAAS/MZS)
