IPB Vocational School Encourages the Winner of the Ministry of Health’s Vlog Appreciation

The Informatics Management Study Program of the Vocational School of the Bogor Agricultural University (SV IPB) once again carries out achievements in the field of Indonesian social media. Evidenced by the selection of the work of the Informatics Management Study Program of IPB SV 53 students in the 2018 Health News Writing Competition for Journalists and Social Media Activists organized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia to celebrate 2018 National Health Day.

The works of Helena Rahmi Christin, Ainun Nahya, Alifah Putri, Ayu Putri, Bintari Hari, and Rista Restiawati who are members of the Guzel team won the title of "Winners of the Ministry of Health's Vlog Aprivation" in this competition. The video titled "Stunting Prevention" explains how to prevent a child from suffering from stunting, known as dwarf, so that children can grow healthy. This 3.23 minute video also explains interestingly about the causes of stunting.

Not to be outdone, the 52nd batch of students consisting of Alwys Dzikri Nugraha, Dicky Eka Ramadhan, and Gading Izatti were also selected as winners of appreciation in this competition. The video entitled "Prevention of Stunting – RI Ministry of Health 2018 Social Media Competition" which was included told about the threat of stunting with the vox pop approach.

The competition held by the Indonesian Ministry of Health with the theme "Healthy Indonesia Through Prevention of Stunting and Immunization Protection" has been held for eight months since January-September 2018. One of the Multimedia Engineering Lecturer Teams from Information Management, Nuraulia Muhibar, STSn was also chosen as the Winner Both the Vlog Category Social Media Competition, and receive placards directly from the Minister of Health, Nila Moeloek on Health Day which falls on 12 November 2018.
