The technological revolution will color human life. This will have a broad impact on various sectors. For this reason, the development of Human Resources (HR) becomes very important.

"The impact of the technological revolution on business, we will see unexpected new players. Who knows Jack Ma with Ali Baba, Achmad Zaky with Bukalapak, Nadiem Makarim with Go-Jek ten years ago. Now they are big players in the business world, "said Arif Satria.

The Rector of IPB said that if we do not want to read the signals of change, we will be left behind and crushed. An example is a large mobile phone company, Nokia. "At that time Nokia was a big company, but because it felt great, feeling that they did not have dangerous rivals and were too late to read the change signals they were finally crushed and collapsed," said Arif Satria.

Same with aspects of high-precision agriculture, the use of drone, robotica technology to artificial intelligence that will massively color our world of agriculture in the future. Therefore, creativity is the key to success.

"For that we must be vigilant and read opportunities and inevitably have to change and not to feel satisfied. If we don't want to change, we will be left behind. I am sure that Indonesia can move forward and become a strong country because its strength is creativity, "said Arif Satria.
