In presenting the results of Performance Management System (Simaker) each working unit has different constraints in its implementation, including the number of national journals that tend to be getting smaller in numbers; academicians prefer to publish their articles in international journals rather than National or even publish by IPB; in addition, the number of new graduate students tends to decline as indicated this year the scholarship from the government is reduced.
