Institut Pertanian Bogor (Bogor Agricultural University) organized the special meeting on the socialization of "Revised of 2015 Annual Work Plan and University Budget (RKAT)", on Tuesday, 28 April 2015, at IPB International Convention Center (IICC), Bogor. This event was attended by the Vice Rectors, Chancellor, the Deans of Faculties, Chairman and Secretary of the Departments, the head of Institute of Research and Community Service (LPPM), Heads, Directors, Bureau Chief, Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors, Head of Section, Head of Division, and Head of Sub Directorate under IPB.
RKAT IPB 2015 is the Second Fiscal-Year of the Five-Year Strategic Plan (RENSTRA) of IPB period 2014 – 2018, which was approved by the Board of Trustees (BoT) of IPB. Included in the RKAT IPB 2015 among other are Annual Work program, Sub-programs, Program activities and Annual Badget for all Working units of IPB which are funded by the Regular State Budget Plan (APBN), and also Operational Assistance Universities Legal Entity (BOPTN-BH) and Community Funds (DM).
Rector, Prof. Dr. Herry Suhardiyanto in his remarks stated, "In addition to ensure for routine programs, such as the learning processes must go on, let’s focus on thoughts, ideas and our ideas for strengthening the relevance, the deepening and expansion of IPB substance. It is our concern and our expectations. "
The Revised 2015 RKAT presentation was delivered by the Deputy Rector of Resources and Strategic Studies of IPB, Prof. Dr Herman Siregar. One of the agenda presented by Prof. Herman that IPB is required to develop a comprehensive remuneration system.
On this occasion the procedures for disbursement, the utilization and reporting requirements of state funds was also presented by Dr Ibn Qayim as General Treasurer of IPB. He was appointed to take the post since 2 January 2015 based on the Rector Decree No. 1 / IT3 / KU / 2015, on the Officials for Budget Management of IPB. Moreover, Facilitators of Faculties and Departments, including the Directorate of Student Affairs (Ditmawa), Directorate of Academic Program Development (DIT PPA), Directorate of Cooperation and International Programs (KSPI), Directorate of Human Resources (HR DIT), General Service Bureau, Directorate of Infrastructures (Ditsarpras), and the Office of Quality Management (KMM) were given opportunity for their presentation and discussion (Wied)
