IPB in Preparation for New Student Admission Monday, January 12, 2015

Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) is preparing to welcome new students for the academic year 2015/2016 with a variety of activities such as IPB Goes To School (IGTS) and IPB Open House. This was reported by Head of Legal, Promotion and Public Relations Office (KHPH) of IPB, Ir. Yatri Indah Kusumastuti, MSi as a source person at RRI Bogor recently.

She said that IGTS will be held in January and February 2015, with the target of promotion on as many as 60 points in the various regions of the country. To support these activities, KHPH IPB as the unit in charge of institutional promotion involves the Regional Student Organization (Omda).

Therefore, some preparation is made, including coordination with the Faculties in assigning Promotion Representatives, briefing and training the Promotion Representatives, and coordination meeting and briefing information for the managing petsonnel of Omda. 

"Students are the promotion representatives of IPB. Omda has a great role in promoting the excellent Study Programs of IPB in the regions", she said.
