Omda of East Java Stages Futsal Championship of East Java Cup 2014 Tuesday, December 16, 2014

To improve the relationship between the Departments, IPB’s Regional Student Organization (Omda) of East Java held a Futsal tournament called East Java Cup 2014. This annual event involved16 teams, consisting of 9 Faculties in IPB. This event took place in the Gymnasium Building, Dramaga campus (14/12).

"This East Java Cup 2014 should become a knot that will strengthen the relationship between students from East Java of various departments in IPB. In this activity, we should all promote sportsmanship among the supporters and players," said the Futsal committee, Imelda, a student of the Faculty of Agriculture.

"By doing exercise we will be healthy. Starting from here, the relationship between the Departments must also be kept healthy," he added.

So far, Omda of East Java has provided space for students to excel. Futsal is no other thing but a venue for self-actualization in developing the potential of young people in sport, particularly Futsal.

World of sports in general has been progressing quite satisfactory in recent years. The potential of many young people is emerging This cannot be separated from the participation of various parties that provide support and space for them to actualize their creativity and sportsmanship in a tournament / competition.
