Posdaya at the End of the Year

At the end of the year 2012, the groups of  Observation Study Tour (OST) visited P2SDM-LPPM IPB (CENTER FOR HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT – Research and Community Empowerment Institute Bogor Agricultural University), on Tuesday, 11 December 2012. The present 39th-OST Group were  from the Government of Musi Rawas, South Sumatra,  and PKK Team of Bengkulu province.
 
Itinerary program for the present groups, first they were accepted by the Head of LPPM IPB, Prof. Dr. Bambang Pramudya, at the meeting room of P2SDM-LPPM IPB,  Baranangsiang Campus.  The group leader of Musi Rawas regency, Ir Karmila, M.Si, who is also the Head Office Women Empowerment of Musi Rawas regency, expressed that she was happy with the OST activities as they are very positive.
 
"The experiences and knowledge we learn  from such activity, of course, are very valuable for us and  we will apply and share to our colleagues at home," said Karmila who was accompanied by the group leader and members of the PKK Team of Bengkulu province, Ms. Elvi Komalasari.
 
Head LPPM IPB, Prof. Dr. Bambang Pramudya, was happy to welcome the participants with their goodwill. However  Prof. Bambang requested that  any program they plan to implement should be adjusted to the conditions and potential of the respective regions, for the sustainability of the programs.
 
In connection with Prof. Dr. Bambang, researcher of  P2SDM LPPM IPB, Ir Yannefri Bachtiar, M.Sc., said that making a container is very easy. But how to fill up and maintain its contains are the difficult ones.  After officially accepted, the OST  groups then headed to the location of  Posdaya Puspa Lestari, RW 07, Pasir Kuda village, West Bogor District, Bogor.
