Bank Rakyat Indonesia Donated Infrastructure for Bogor Agricultural University

Director of Bank BRI handed over the donation for the Infrastructure Renovation to the  Directorate of  Career Development and Alumni Relations of Bogor Agricultural University. The donation was symbolically handed over by the President Director of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Mr. Sofyan Bashir, to the Rector of  the University, Prof. Dr.Ir. Herry Suhardiyanto at  the Stadium General   for fresh graduates at Grha Widya Wisuda, Darmaga campus, on 23 May 2011. 
 
The donation was intended for  the Center for Career Development and Alumni relations (DPKHA) of the University, to improve the accessibility of alumni to access career opportunities provided DPKHA IPB. In his remarks, Rector of the University stated that many alumni have been active in the banking world, including Bank BRI.
 
To the graduate candidates  and students who attended the even,  Rector expected that they won’t add to the long list of unemployed educated people, but they will capable to utilize  intelligently the opportunities for entrepreneurship. In addition, Mr. Sofyan Bashir, offered to a number of candidates to join the BRI big family, as  BRI will open opportunities for around 4200 (four thousand two hundred) vacant posts.
 
Of course, those opportunities should be achieved through healthy competition, hard work, passion and solutions for better future, "he explained. The Stadium General was attended by Director for Commercial Business of Bank BRI, Mr. Sulaiman Arief Ariyanto, noted celebretes, Ms. Becky Tumewu and Ms. Susi Pujiastuti (CEO Susi Air). (Wied).
