IPB Increase Lecturer’s Heutagogy

Directorate of Program Development and Technology Development (DitPP & TP) Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) held a training "Lecturer Heutagogy Capacity Building in the Implementation of Learning with Education Perspective IPB 4.0” in Salak Tower Hotel Bogor (16-18 / 7). This training was formerly Applied Approach (AA) training which is enriched with the current dynamics of Higher Education held as a continuous effort of IPB to improve the quality.

The specific purpose of this training is to improve lecturer competence in the implementation of learning with the concept of heutagogical approach (self-run learning / personalized learning) in the perspective of Education 4.0 and 21st century skills, applying life-based learning paradigms, on Achievement of Learning Outcomes, Instructional Analysis, Semester Learning Plan (RPS) and Learning Evaluation Unit (SAP) along with measurable task and assessment design.

"The output of this training is the complete document of subject matter design which is managed by each participant for one semester," said Vice-Rector for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Ir. Ir. Drajat Martianto, M.Sc when opening the event in front of 33 lecturers from various departments in IPB. (RYS)
