IPB Held the Briefing of the Pre-Retirement of Civil Servants

Directorate of Human Resources (HR), Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) held the Briefing of the Pre-Retirement of Civil Servants (PNS) of Educators and Education Personnel in the Environment of IPB, in Grand Mulya Hotel Bogor (28-29/8). The event which was attended by 81 participants was a collaboration between the Directorate of HR of IPB with Norgantara Global Inspirasi.

Head of Development Section of Directorate of HR of IPB, Hirra Nurlaeni, SP, MM, said that the purpose of this training was to improve the knowledge and skills that needed to be provided with regard to the mental preparation and the personality, the stress management, the health management, the financial management, the interest and talent management, as well as the entrepreneurship.

Added by Hirra, the target of this event was in order that HR of the educators and the education personnel of IPB who had entered the retirement period could prepare the retirement period with more mature and planned.

"This training has been held regularly every year since 2015. On this occasion, IPB gives the memento to each participant in the form of the precious metal submitted by the Rector of IPB to each participant," she said.(dh)
