GCTI was Held Back, Bedah Kampus of IPB

Get Closer to IPB (GCTI) Season 8 was held back, Saturday-Sunday (7-8/1) in Graha Widya Wisuda, Campus of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Darmaga Bogor. This activity was the result of cooperation of the Bureau of Legal Affairs, Promotion and Public Relations of IPB and the Katalis Corp. More than 4,700 tickets of GCTI8 were sold online in www.getclosertoipb.com.

GCTI was a grant event aiming to prepare the students of SMA facing the selection test of SBMPTN 2017, to introduce the faculties and the campus atmosphere, to add information about the entry point, as well as to introduce the scholarships available in IPB. In general, the event of GCTI Season 8 consisted of the try out of SBMPTN, the expo of faculty, the campus tour, the food bazaar, as well as the talk show of the bedah kampus of IPB. The participants were coming from Jabodetabek, a number of cities in West Java, Central Java, East Java, to Papua, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Sumatra.

In this activity, the participants attended the socialization of Duta Institut 2017 / Ambassadors of the University 2017 elected directly by the deans of each faculty, the school of business, and the vocational school of IPB. They managed to introduce the facullty with the style of language that was straightforward during on the stage. On the talk show session, it  presented the discussion of the entry point to IPB, the world of student affairs, the scholarships, the dormitories, etc.(awl)
