A pride was back etched by Kaisar Akhir, the student of the Department of Marine Science and Technology (ITK), Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science (FPIK), Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) of 48 batch. The Most Outstanding Student (Mawapres) of IPB Rank 3 in 2015  was trusted by Youth Association of Indonesian Maritime (APMI) as one of the jurors in the Competition of Critical Thinking of Maritime Youth (KPKPM) of Expedition of Nusantara Jaya (ENJ) in 2015. This KPKPM was organized in cooperation with Coordinating Ministry for Maritime of RI upon KRI Banda Aceh in 22-25 June 2015 with the theme of “Kemandirian dan Konektivitas Pulau-Pulau Terdepan, Terpencil, dan Wilayah Perbatasan Indonesia Berbasiskan Kepentingan Nasional / Independence and Connectivity of Leading and Remote Islands, and Indonesian Border Area Based on National Interest”.
 
Kaisar was being the jury of KPKPM ENJ 2015 along with four other jurors, i.e. Marine Lt. Col. (P) Hery Prihartanto as Commander of Task Force of ENJ 2015, Kustiarso from Bank Indonesia, H.M. Jimmy Basuki from Maritime Society, and Adityo Nugroho from Maritime Journal.
 
This belief was based on the track record of achievement of Kaisar during becoming a student of IPB, as 1st Winner of the Competition of Student Critical Thinking on Public Welfare of National Level in 2013, 3rd Winner (equivalent with Bronze Medal) of the Category of Presentation of PKM GT Pimnas XXV in 2012, the Delegation of Indonesia and IPB in the youth exchange program in Japan named JENESYS 2.0 in 2015, and the speakers at various conferences/seminars nationally and internationally, also as Rank 3 of Mawapres IPB in 2015.
 
Through this KPKPM ENJ 2015, Indonesian youths were expected to be the development cadres of Indonesian maritime that was critical, qualified, and professional in thinking and acting in order to succeed Indonesia as the World Maritime Shaft.***
