Directorate of Human Resource of IPB Holds Leadership Training and Selection of Outstanding Academicians Wednesday, June 10, 2015
Human Resources Directorate of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) has held a leadership training for leaders of the working units in IPB and a selection of outstanding academicians at IPB level for 2015. The annual event lasted for two days (4-5 / 6), in Seruni Hotel, Cisarua-Bogor, raising the topic “Managing the Intellectual Material and Conscience Capitals in Preparing Leaders in the Era of Globalization".
In line with the training topic, the HR Director, Erlin Trisyulianti, S.TP, M.Si explained, "This event is organized to improve the skill to manage intellectual, material, and conscience capitals possessed by the officials of IPB".
This training is carried out in cooperation with a consultant agency Dinamika Tiga Rakaryan Indonesia (D3R) as the master of training. Present as speakers at the event were IPB Rector, Prof. Dr Herry Suhardiyanto, Ir. Adiwarman Anwar, SE, MBA, MAEP, and Prof. Dr. Satryo Soemantri Brodjonegoro.
The training was attended by Vice Rectors, Institute Secretary, Deans and Vice Deans, Heads and Secretaries of the Departments, and Heads of Offices and Bureaus as well as Heads of Units. Apart from the leadership training, a selection of outstanding academicians for 2015 is also carried out. "This is intended to give recognition to the lecturers, heads of Study Programs, and educational staff who have significantly and exceptionally conducted Tri Dharma (three major responsibilities) of great pride and benefit," said Erlin.
