PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro Repeats Successful cooperation with IPB

At present the company that deals with oil palm plantation and processing is cooperating with the Faculty of Agriculture (Faperta) IPB, marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation Agreements, Friday (8/2) in the Meeting Room of the Faperta in Darmaga Campus of IPB.
 
Head of HR and GA Department of PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro, Basuki Suseno, revealed that the cooperation with IPB has started since the leadership of Prof. Dr. Andi Hakim Nasoetion. "We are well aware that without higher education, industry will paralyze because of the lack of no reliable human resources," said Basuki accompanied by six staff, four of whom are IPB graduates.

Similarly, Dean of Agriculture Faculty of IPB Dr Ernan Rustiadi said that being close to the business world is important. According to him, it is impossible for educational activities without practices or activities in laboratories. "Therefore, let us support each other and work together," added Dr Ernan. (Mtd)
