For more than three decades, Djokowi, or Djoko Winardi, has been part of IPB University’s journey. He is not an official; his daily work revolves around administration, documents, and correspondence. However, without him at the secretariat, letter numbering might be overlooked, and important documents, or even information, might reach the relevant departments late. Every month, he also routinely ensures that assets are properly recorded. To guarantee accurate data, he often trades his days off for overtime. Now, as he approaches retirement, his sense of responsibility and discipline have not waned in the slightest. Although he enjoys taking leisurely walks, when it comes to work, he always sees things through to the end.
