Jamilun Nagam plays a key role in maintaining order in personnel administration at the IPB University Vocational School. With meticulousness and a strong sense of responsibility, he ensures that employee documents and data are verified, complete, and accurate. He works consistently, responsively, and with a service oriented mindset. From proposing academic positions for lecturers, compiling Employee Work Targets (SKP), updating data in the Employee Management Information System (SIMPEG), to organizing personnel archives, everything is handled with great care. Outside of work, Jamilun enjoys playing the guitar as a way to unwind and spend his free time.
