“What you have left behind is a legacy that will continue. IPB will always be your home,” said the Rector during the Retirement and Appreciation Ceremony for IPB University Employees at the IPB International Convention Center (IICC), Bogor (12/15).
On the same occasion, IPB University Vice Rector for Education and Student Affairs, Prof Deni Noviana, emphasized that this event was a form of respect for the dedication of lecturers and staff in building the institution and preparing the nation’s future generations.
“The role of fathers and mothers, although often far from the spotlight, has a significant impact on the progress of IPB University. These values of dedication will continue to live on as a legacy,” he said.
In 2025, a total of 119 IPB University employees will retire, consisting of 46 lecturers and 73 teaching staff, with an average length of service of more than 25 years. The Director of Human Resources at IPB University, Dr Heti Mulyati, said that since 2018, IPB University has given a souvenir in the form of 10 grams of precious metal to each employee who enters retirement.

He conveyed his congratulations and hopes that the retirees would remain healthy, productive, and continue to work.
