The IPB University Leadership Dormitory continues to cultivate the character and spirit of young leaders through the Leadership Incubate and Leadership Expedition programs. Over three weeks, dormitory residents are honed in strategic thinking, self-awareness, and integrity-building. The program culminates in an exciting outdoor activity, featuring role-playing simulations, strategic games, and team challenges, where they learn the true meaning of collaboration, trust, and team spirit as the foundation of authentic leadership.
