Collaboration of ITP, SEAFAST Center, and ICMSF Strengthens Global Food Safety

The Department of Food Science and Technology (ITP) and the South-East Asia Food and Agricultural Science and Technology (SEAFAST) Center of IPB University collaborated with the International Commission on Microbiological Specifications for Foods (ICMSF) in a series of the 58th Annual Meeting events in Bogor. The activities included public lectures, scientific discussions, and an international workshop that brought together world experts to strengthen knowledge and practices of food safety in Indonesia and ASEAN.
