Allianz Syariah Partners with CIBEST to Distribute Scholarships to IPB University Students
Allianz Syariah and the Center for Sharia Business and Economic Studies (CIBEST) are collaborating to distribute scholarships to Sharia Economics students at IPB University. Through this synergy, students also receive donations in the form of books, inclusive protection, and literacy facilities.
“This step is not only a form of concern, but also an investment in the future for the generation that will play a role in advancing the sharia industry in Indonesia,” said the Chairpersom of CIBEST IPB University, Dr Laily Dwi Arsyianti, during the scholarship handover at the Strategic Workshop at the Jakarta-Pusat Dokumentasi Sastra (PDS) HB Jassin Library (11/19).
The Strategic Workshop serves as a platform to bring together the worlds of industry, education, and the literacy community in one collaborative space. A variety of activities combine education, collaboration, and care.
Not only that, the collaboration between CIBEST IPB University and Allianz Syariah is expected to strengthen the scientific foundation and research of Islamic economics so that the development of the financial industry is not only business-oriented but also focused on conceptual accuracy, sustainability, and academic relevance.
The series of activities began with the Maqasid Syariah Treasure Hunt Games, an educational game designed to help participants understand the value of maqasid syariah in a fun and easy-to-understand way. Inspired by Ruangguru Clash of Champions (CoC), this event also invited CoC champions.
Through this activity, concepts that are often considered difficult became more accessible and enjoyable for participants, while also showing that education can come from lighthearted but meaningful interactions.
The event continued with a Product Workshop-Universal Life with international takaful practitioners and closed with a tausiah session that reminded all participants of the importance of spiritual values in every step of service. (*/Rz) (IAAS/LAN)
