Prof Yonvitner

Prof Yonvitner is a Professor at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, IPB University, known as an expert in coastal and marine resource management who consistently promotes risk-based sustainable development. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Center for Coastal and Marine Resources Studies (PKSPL), he actively engages in various international research and networks, including his role as President of the PEMSEA Network Learning Centre. His contributions strengthen Indonesia’s role in protecting coastal ecosystems, addressing climate change, and building maritime resilience for the nation’s future.
