Plant Factory IPB University, A New Milestone for the Future of Agriculture

The collaboration between IPB University and several partners from South Korea has resulted in the establishment of the Plant Factory, a research and development center focused on plant phenotyping/phenomics and controlled plant production systems. Located at the Leuwikopo Experimental Field, this innovative breakthrough is equipped with advanced technologies such as sherpa ray, automatic hydroponics, hybrid cooling, and a smart CO₂ controller.
