Survey Results: 60 Percent of IPB University Graduates Are “Tortoise” Students
The Directorate of Strategic Partnership, Communication, and Marketing of IPB University conducted a survey to graduates at the moment of Graduation of Doctoral, Masters, and Bachelor Education Programs Phase I Wednesday (8/20).
This survey aims to find out the description of graduates while being students, including their feelings while studying, the facilities provided by IPB University, and their happiness during college.
From the survey conducted to 568 respondents, some interesting results were obtained. As many as 60,4 percent of graduates answered that they were the turtle type or lecture meeting-college meeting as a student. In addition, 49,1 percent of respondents stated that IPB University lecturers were pleasant.
The survey also asked about the happiness of graduates during their time as students. As a result, 47,4 percent of respondents stated that they were happy, and 33,6 percent stated that they were very happy. As many as 51,9 percent of respondents also claimed that interactions with friends at IPB University were very pleasant.
The survey also revealed respondents’ experiences related to bullying. As a result, 97 percent of respondents answered that they had never experienced bullying.
More than half of the respondents, to be precise 65 percent, said they were very proud to be graduates of IPB University, and 62,7 percent were sure they would have a brilliant career.
This survey shows that IPB University graduates have a positive experience during their time as students. They feel happy, have pleasant interactions with friends, and are proud to be graduates of IPB University. The results of this survey can be used as an evaluation to improve the quality of education and services at IPB University. (dh) (IAAS/RWA)
